Though Jim had played little high school football, Jim worked hard and was promoted to the varsity squad his 2nd year and, as a junior, was frequently sent into games as a short-yardage tight-end. Later in life, Jim would experience a transformation of another kind by finding redemption and solace in the cross of Jesus Christ.Jim is now a successful restaurateur and an owner operator of Charlie's Creole Kitchen.Jim recently completed his Master’s in psychology from Divine Mercy University.
